Yes, you read that right.

- 1 cup flour
- 6 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup Churro @redhatcoffee
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 Tbls vanilla extract
Mix all wet ingredients together. When combined, add dry ingredients and mix until fully combined.
Pour batter into muffin tin, with at least a 1/4 inch gap from the top.
Place in oven at 425° F for 20 minutes.
Allow to cool before piping frosting.
Cinnamon-sugar whipped cream frosting:
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 Tbls white sugar
- 2 Tbls cinnamon
Mix all ingredients together and whisk until stiff peaks form. Place in a log-shape on Saran Wrap and roll until closed. Stick in freezer for 2 minutes, place in piping bag, and pipe.
Use a 1:1 mixture of cinnamon and white sugar to dust frosting once piped.
